Julie Tower-Pierce is a lawyer, writer, and mother of three young children. She is a former associate at Tarrant, Marks & Gillies in Montpelier, Vermont and adjunct professor in the Justice Studies Department at Norwich University, with experience teaching criminal justice courses, including Cybercrime & Cyberlaw.
